This is a snapshot of one of the two times my class met for a review for this national certification of food handling certification. ServSafe is a course that food handlers (or culinary students) can take to learn safe practices when handling and serving food to other people. I've dubbed this the "How Not To Kill People: With Food" test. I'm studying hard so that I can pass! It is a hard test, and some people need two attempts to pass. Let's hope that's not the case..
